On Sunday along with family and some friends I was introduced to wild swimming in Loch Lomond. The place chosen for the swim was on the West Highland Way about 1/2 mile past Balmaha. It was a calm day about 6 deg C ambient and with the water approx 3-4 deg C it felt pretty
